What exactly do we mean by "personalization" ?
The personalization of chocolates is divided into 3 categories:
Shape, color and design
The interior / the perfume
The affixing of the logo / visual of the company or the event

What is the minimum order ?
The minimum order varies according to the degree of customization chosen and the complexity of the creation.
As a general rule, a minimum of 50 boxes when customizing the packaging, and a minimum of 300 chocolates .

Can we customize the packaging ?
It is possible to create tailor-made packaging for your personalized chocolates, we work with several French companies specialized in the world of eco-designed packaging. -
What is the shelf life of chocolates ?
The shelf life of chocolates varies according to the storage conditions and the interior chosen: 6 to 8 weeks for ganache or candied interiors, and 8 to 10 weeks for caramel and praline fillings.

What is the delivery time ?
Once the estimate and the proof for printing have been validated, it takes 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. This period may vary, especially during periods of high activity (Easter and end of year celebrations).

How to ideally preserve/store chocolates ?
Optimal conservation is between 14°C and 18°C in a dry place away from humidity and light.

What type of coloring do we use on our chocolates ?
We mainly use coloring based on coloring foodstuffs from fruits and vegetables: Beetroot,
safflower, blackcurrant, lemon, apple, radish. The blue and black dyes are respectively made from spirulina and vegetable charcoal. ALL our dyes are E171 free.
