At the crossroads of the Montagne de Reims and the Ardre valley, it is here that Florian Peromet, artist and craftsman from Champagne, a true conductor of creation within the Chocolaterie PEROMET constantly pushes the limits of creativity and taste under the impetus of strong values such as passion, excellence, quality and respect.
