A visual worked around Blue vanilla, a fine crunchy shell of organic white chocolate with notes of vanilla and farm milk, containing an intense paste of Blue Vanilla from the island of Reunion with woody notes and a creamy milky ganache with Blue Vanilla.

A new recipe which here enhances this prized spice so much appreciated for its unique fragrance and its use and reveals all its intensity.
